ISWAP claims responsibility for Kuje prison break
Islamic State in West Africa Province, ISWAP, has come out to claimed responsibility for the sudden attack on Kuje Prison in Abuja on Tuesday night, 5 July, 2022.
In a 38 seconds video shared online this today Wednesday, 6 July 2022, the Islamic terrorist group revealed with some men shooting sporadically their way into the prison facility.
The Islamic State in West Africa Province, ISWAP, stormed the Kuje prison in full force where over 500 inmates escaped from the facility
An elderly man dressed in native attire also joined the young men who were shouting on top of their voices.
The video which was released by the Islamic State’s A’maq Agency with the caption: “Fighters of Islamic State attacked Kuje prison in Abuja yesterday and succeeded in freeing dozens of prisoners.”
