Commercial bus driver excretes on his hand and rubs on LASTMA officers in Lagos State

A bus driver has in Lagos State created a huge scene after he restrained being arrested by the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority, LASTMA by rubbing his excrete on some of the officials faces.

As seen in the video, the LASTMA officers were trying to arrest the erratic driver before he pulled down his trouser, removed his pant, bent down and posed on his hand before actually rubbing it on the LASTMA officials faces.
