The All Progressive Congress has scored its first success after the election tribunal validated Kashim Shettima’s nomination as Tinubu’s running partner.

FMT BLOG reports that the All Progressive Congress recorded its first victory as the election petition tribunal validates the nomination of Kashim Shettima as President Tinubu’s running mate.

The court concluded that the question of double nomination constituted a pre-election topic and was, therefore, unconstitutional.
