Borussia Dortmund defeated Paris St-Germain away and advanced to their first Champions League final since 2013.

Dortmund led 1-0 after the first leg of the semi-final and extended their lead when Mats Hummels was left unmarked five yards out to head home from Julian Brandt’s left-wing corner.

That goal came shortly after PSG’s Warren Zaire-Emery squandered a golden opportunity by volleying against the post from close range early in the second half.
