Breaking!- Former Manchester City Defender Vincent Kompany Named As New Bayern Munich’s Manager

The German giants announced on Wednesday that Vincent Kompany had been named Bayern Munich’s new manager.

Despite Burnley’s fall from the Premier League last season, Kompany has signed a three-year deal with Bayern, running until 2027.

Burnley had initially wanted to keep Kompany, but Bayern’s offer proved too enticing.

Burnley Chairman Alan Pace revealed the deal, accepting the draw and status of Bayern Munich. Burnley has now started the search for a new boss.

Bayern Munich needed help finding a successor to Thomas Tuchel, as several candidates had turned down the job.

Kompany’s fluent German and football attitude impressed the Bayern hierarchy, leading to his hiring.

Kompany’s job will be to revive Bayern’s prospects after a disappointing season in which they failed to win the Bundesliga for the first time since 2012.
