Odunlade Olamide Cheats Death In Lagos-Ibadan Tanker Explosion(VIDEO)
Nollywood actress Olamide Odunlade has conveyed her heartfelt thanks to God after narrowly escaping a deadly accident on the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway that involved a petrol tanker that ignited on Wednesday.
The event took place along a busy roadway near the Deeper Life Bible Church and right in front of the NASFAT camp.
According to witnesses, the tanker, which was fully loaded with fuel, overturned while moving and erupted in flames moments later, releasing thick black smoke into the air and causing panic among motorists and nearby residents.
The explosion led to considerable traffic disruption, resulting in a gridlock that extended back as far as the Berger axis. In an effort to escape the chaotic scene, numerous drivers began driving in the direction of traffic, worsening the situation.

Actress Olamide Odunlade was caught in this frightening incident. She later posted a video on her Instagram page showing her hurried escape.
In the clip, she is seen fleeing from the fire, clearly shaken.
Fighting back tears in an emotional video, she said:
“God thank you; what would I have said. Everybody run!”
Fans and fellow actors flooded her comments with prayers and messages of support, expressing gratitude for her safety and advocating for enhanced safety measures on Nigerian roads.
