Physically Challenged Man Arrested For R@ping 10-Year-Old Girl In Kogi
A 49-year-old physically challenged man, simply identified as Ojochogwu Baba, has been arrested for allegedly raping a 10-year-old girl in Kogi State.
In a statement on Wednesday, 30 October 2024, the Benue state police command’s spokesman, SP William Ovye Aya, confirmed the shooting.
The suspect, Ojochogwu Baba, was apprehended at Wada Estate in Lokoja, a significant location that provides context to the incident.

The suspect, Ojochogwu Baba, lured the minor into his house under pretenses, asking her to buy alcohol and cigarettes for him—a sequence of events that led to the crime.
