In several tweets sent on X (now Twitter), the seller, Ikpolát Gideon, expressed his disappointment at the lack of sales and suggested selling his product more extensively.
He wrote, “I have been losing my mind over very low sales. I decided to hawk the streets of Tanke this morning.”
The Nigerian moi moi seller, while introducing himself, added, “Dear Anon, my name is Ikúpolátì Gideon, and I sell moi moi for a living here in Ilorin, Kwara State. I sincerely need your support for my business. I can feed people on the streets, and I’m here on X. God bless you.”
