Embattled Sean ‘Diddy’ Lists $61M Beverly Hills Estate For Sales

Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs, a high-profile music executive and rapper, has listed his Beverly Hills property for sale at $61 million.

PageSix reports that sources close to Diddy aren’t surprised by this move despite recent controversy about the hip-hop mogul. These insiders claim that Diddy’s plan to sell the mansion had been in the works even before Homeland Security’s raid in March as part of an investigation. However, Diddy has not been implicated in any charges.

Located in the ‘Platinum Triangle of Los Angeles,’ which comprises Holmby Hills, Beverly Hills, and Bel-Air, the property is on the famous “Billionaire’s Row.” Notable neighbors include Kylie Jenner, Evan Spiegel, Sean Parker, and the iconic Playboy Mansion.

Diddy bought the two-story luxury mansion, spanning 1.3 acres and 13,000 square feet of living space a decade ago for $40 million.
