Cristina, a woman who appeared in private recordings purportedly shot by Baltasar Egonga, has spoken out publicly about the controversy.
Cristina revealed her despair in an exclusive interview with Television de Guinea Equatorial, claiming that the tapes had been removed as promised.
Cristina, visibly concerned, revealed that during her four-year relationship with Egonga, they occasionally taped private moments, but only with the strict understanding that each video would be deleted after viewing.
She claims Egonga constantly informed her of this.
“These videos were never intended to become public,” she said. “For those few that I did consent to, I was under the impression that we deleted them together. I cannot understand where these circulating videos are coming from.”
Cristina has subsequently taken legal action and filed an official complaint against Egonga to determine how the footage resurfaced. She expressed her sense of betrayal and conveyed her need for justice and answers.

“Trust is essential in any relationship,” Cristina explained. “I am here to protect my privacy and understand how these videos could have surfaced without my permission.”
