The Edo police command arrested Francis Okoye Obinna, 22, on April 7 while travelling from Lagos to Anambra. A gun and a POS were reportedly found on him.
During a stop and search, the Command says a Brownie Pistol with breach number PZ1833, nine rounds of 6mm ammo, and a POS machine were found on him.
In his confession statement, Obinna said that Emma, a man from Lagos, gave him the gun to use as a threat against Mr Paul Okoye, who he said killed his father in Anambra State with a charm.

Some people from the Command went to Lagos to find out if what he said was true, but it turned out that the suspect was lying.
How he got the gun and the POS and what he does with them are still being looked into.
