Air Peace Boeing 777 Aircraft Lands At The Gatwick Airport in London
On Saturday, Air Peace began offering flights between Lagos and London.
The service began a month after it revealed plans to start direct flight operations to London on March 30 during a prelaunch event hosted by the airline in February.
In November, Allen Onyema, Chairman and CEO of Air Peace, stated that the airline had successfully secured both the Foreign Carrier Operator Permit and the Third Country Operator Permit.
This means it is authorised to fly flights to Europe and the United Kingdom.
On Saturday, the development was announced via the Air Peace X handle.
The company said, “London service has commenced and we’re delighted to have achieved yet another feat in our drive to continually provide peaceful connectivity across cities.”Thank you to everyone who helped make this launch a success.
