Moment NLC Members Pull Down National Assembly Gate, Storms The Premises

Nigeria Labour Congress NLC members forced open the National Assembly’s gates and entered the building.

In order to let the irate workers express their displeasure, the protesters, led by the leaders of organized labour Joe Ajaero of the Nigeria Labour Congress and Festus Osifo of the Trade Union Congress, asked security personnel stationed at the legislative building to open the gate.

However, the security personnel refused to grant them access. The demonstrators opened the fence and pushed their way inside out of rage.
