The management of the National Medical Services Laboratories in Pennsylvania, USA, has denied the Lagos State Government’s claim that they conducted a toxicology test to determine the cause of singer Ilerioluwa Aloba’s, aka Mohbad, death.
This response from NMS Labs came following inquiries made by our correspondent, who was investigating the circumstances surrounding the musician’s death.
Prior to this investigation, there were reports of public protests against a pathologist’s claim at the Coroner’s Court on May 15 that an autopsy couldn’t establish the cause of Mohbad’s death due to corpse decomposition.
PUNCH Metro previously reported that the state government’s counsel mentioned that a toxicology test, a part of post-mortem examination to reveal the cause of Mohbad’s death, was carried out in the United States.
