England’s manager, Gareth Southgate, has resigned following their second defeat in the European Championship final.

Three years after losing to Italy on penalties at Wembley, the Three Lions fell short against Spain 2-1 in Berlin on Sunday.

In his eight years as manager, the 53-year-old oversaw 102 games for his nation.
