Honor is turning out to be the first to troll Samsung over the Galaxy S25 launch. Samsung recently unveiled its new flagship smartphones at the Unpacked event, which featured noteworthy upgrades and AI enhancements.
Samsung considers Apple its biggest competitor but is also intensively rivaled by Chinese phone makers. Honor, though a bit late of Unpacked, mocked Samsung on the streets of London where a giant screen was promoting the Galaxy S25 series.
Honor went beyond other Samsung rivals in trolling the latest products. The company didn’t simply make a social media post to mock the new devices. It chose the streets in London and unboxed a giant box as part of its takeoff.
The box that Honor unboxed has a label entitled “Gift for SAM.” When unboxed, there are several unboxed gift boxes as well as some mobile accessories. Honor tried to show that the new S25 series requires the help of these accessories.
The banner further dictates if you don’t want to carry these accessories, just use an Honor Magic 7 Pro. It’s a nice play as part of mocking Samsung but it doesn’t really work in increasing sales or attracting consumers who are buying Samsung.
Samsung’s Galaxy S25 series is up for pre-orders internationally. Go snag the latest Galaxy for yourself, which unlocks a whole new mobile experience. There are various deals in the US, which you can access in our recent story.
