Saudi Arabia is preparing a bumper £65 million two-season bid for Liverpool’s winger Mohamed Salah.
Salah’s contract at Liverpool runs out this summer, and the Egyptian has not yet extended it. His destiny is now the subject of speculation.
Saudi officials are said to be mulling over a swap deal for the Egyptian winger, who is still unsure of his future at Anfield.
Its recommendations came the day after the head of the Saudi General Entertainment Authority, Turki Alalshikh, posted a picture of Salah dressed as Al-Hilal on his Facebook page.
According to the Sun, Alalshikh, who also helped to dominate the country’s boxing industry, told Al-Hilal he would bring Salah in this summer.
They say that if Salah leaves Merseyside, Saudi authorities are ready to offer him the golden deal.
