Tems Beats Davido, Burna Boy & Others To Take Home Her Second Grammy Award (VIDEO)

Nigerian superstar Tems snatched the Grammy award with her masterpiece song, ‘Love Me Jeje.’.She won this award for the best African music performance, with the likes of Davido, Yemi Alade, and Asake in the category.

Tems’ song, “Love Me Jeje,” won her a Grammy for Best African Music Performance.

The Nigerian singer will win her second Grammy award, following her first for her contribution to Future’s popular tune ‘Wait For U.’

Tems’ ‘Love Me Jeje’ won her second Grammy this year, beating out Yemi Alade’s ‘Tomorrow,’ Asake’s ‘MMS,’ Chris Brown’s ‘Sensational’ ft Davido & Lojay, and Burna Boy’s ‘Higher.’

Nigerian singers performed all of the songs nominated for the second round of the category.

Remember that the Best African Music Performance category was only launched last year, and South African musician Tyla won it with her popular tune ‘Water.’.
