UK-Based Nigerian Pastor, Tobi Adegboyega Diagnosed With Cancer; Here’s What He Said (VIDEO)
Tobi Adegboyega, a popular UK-based Nigerian pastor, has recently opened up on his health challenge.
FMTBLOG gathered that the controversial pastor, who recently appeared on global news platforms over an alleged claim of deportation from the United Kingdom, where he resides and practices, has been diagnosed with cancer.
Tobi Adegboyega, who in most recent times has paraded the streets of London to support both the vulnerable and people in need, is quite battling with the deadly disease.
In a video posted by Nigerian social media influencer Tunde Ednut, Adegboyega was seen opening up to his congregation about his secret battle with cancer.
It’s noteworthy to know that Pastor Tobi Adegboyega is the founder of the Nation family, previously known as Salvation Proclaimers Anointed Church.
The message as delivered by Pastor Tobi;
“I was diagnosed with cancer. Yes, you heard me right. I’ve been dealing with cancer for the past few months or even more. I just had a major surgery; that’s why I am not there today,” he said.
The lifestyle-flaunting pastor admonished that surviving this phase of the disease is a pure sign from the Almighty God.
“I have just fought the battle, and I feel the verdict to continue life was given to me by God for a new level, for a new stage.”
In a show of support for humanity, Pastor Adegboyega also donated £100,000 to support cancer awareness and treatment for young people.
This revelation has created a buzz among Netizens, as so many people offered their prayers and wished him a quick recovery.
The revelation comes shortly after the pastor lost an appeal in a £1.87 million fraud case, as well as efforts to prevent his deportation from the UK.
