First Look: Galaxy Z Fold 7’s Impressive New Design Surfaces Online (PHOTOS)
The Galaxy Z Fold 7‘s official reveal is less than a week away, but the phone’s design refresh has just been confirmed in leaked live images. Samsung’s next-gen Fold is now confirmed to feature a satisfying camera design and form factor.

Tipster Jukanlosreve posted live hands-on images of the Galaxy Z Fold 7. The phone looks killer in its signature blue colourway. The images reveal both the front and back sides of the device, but a matte film hides the crease.
The first image shows the rear side of the Galaxy Z Fold 7. As teased in renders, Samsung has moved away from those ugly camera rings featured in the previous model. The camera design is reverted to its Fold 5 and S24 Ultra state.
Thanks to a larger 6.5-inch panel, the cover screen looks even more useful. The new Fold smartphone will feel even more like a bar-type form factor. Unfolding the device unlocks access to a massive 8-inch screen.
Another hands-on image shows the new foldable’s thinness. The Fold 7 has greatly improved its dimensions, reducing the thickness. It’s reportedly 8.9 mm when folded and 4.2 mm unfolded, eyeing to steal the slim crown.

Samsung will hold the Unpacked event on July 9 in the US. The company will officially reveal the Galaxy Z Fold 7, the Z Flip 7, and a budget Flip FE. The Galaxy Watch 8 series and the 2025 Watch Ultra are also coming.
Reservations are live in key markets, including America. Galaxy fans can complete a tiny online form to ensure a free $50 Samsung Credit. A sweepstakes will also award $5000 to a lucky netizen in the United States.
