Nigerian actress and humanitarian, Tonto Dikeh, has shared a bold and emotional message on Instagram, making it clear that she is no longer entertaining negativity or drama.

 At 40, she says her focus is now on protecting her inner peace and joy.

In her post, the mother of one wrote that she has made a “conscious, unwavering choice: peace over disgrace.” 

She explained that her happiness is rooted in her relationship with El-Roi, a name for God that means “the One who sees me.” 

According to her, God is handling her battles silently, and in His time, the truth will come out without her needing to fight for it.

Tonto expressed that she is no longer concerned about those waiting for her to break down.

“I do not wrestle with mortals,” she said, adding that her life and legacy will continue to speak long after she’s gone. She emphasized that no one born of a woman can take away the divine joy she carries.

Her message was not just about strength, but also about deep self-love. She wrote:

“I stand rooted, healed, and dangerously in love with myself. In this sacred space of self-love, I am both my sanctuary and my fire.”

She ended her post with a bold declaration:

“Excuse me to say, F** the devil.”*
