The Korean company ‘Samsung Display’ is now working on creating screens for iPhone 16 Pro models using its newest materials, known as ‘M14.’
According to a confirmed source, Samsung Display has used their newest material, ‘M14’, to produce panels for iPhone 16 Pro versions.
According to this source, the Korean firm would provide OLED panels using M14 organic materials to Apple’s next iPhone 16 Pro models and the Google Pixel 9 series.
Google is preparing to launch the next-generation Pixel 9 series before the end of this year. Google has previously announced that it would have a ‘Made by Google’ event on August 13 to reveal new smartphone goods.
Samsung’s chipset is from the M-series, which refers to the best-performing OLED screens made using cutting-edge materials for premium devices.
The most recent M14 is a breakthrough material, providing the highest brightness and longevity. M14 appears to include names of domestic enterprises such as Deoksan Nelux, Samsung SDI, and LG Chem.
Deoksan Neolux provides both red and green primes, as well as an extra material hole transit layer. Samsung SDI is the green host, while LG Chem provides the hole defense layer (a-EL) and electron transport layer (ETL).
