Samsung One UI 7 Beta Update has been the talk of town among several mobile phone forums and communities.

One UI 7 Beta Release
• Samsung has released the One UI 7 beta for the Galaxy S24 series in select regions, featuring numerous impressive features and enhancements.
Missing Features: App Lock and Dark Mode Icons
• Despite these two unexpected features, such as App Lock and Dark Mode Icons, it does not offer them.

Alternative to App Lock: Secure Folder
• Samsung, instead of providing a dedicated app locking feature, offers the Secure Folder feature to secure applications, photos, videos, and other files in a separate, encrypted space.
This feature significantly reduces the time required to store applications compared to App Lock.
Absence of Dark Mode Icons
• In addition to the dedicated App Lock feature, One UI 7 also lacks Dark Mode icons.
Dark Mode Icon in One UI 7 Beta
• It has been reported that Samsung could adopt the Dark Mode icon in One UI 7 beta, similar to the approach taken by Apple in iOS 18, which optimizes for a seamless user experience.
