Most of the main features of the Samsung Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra were revealed through various leaks and rumours.
Leakster MysteryLupin recently threw out an unofficial specifications list of the Galaxy S25 trio.
While most of us already know the Galaxy S25 series specifications, the chart shows us some shocking details regarding chipset and RAM. The RAM layout is astonishing, and the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy is used for the first time.
The Galaxy S25series is powered by an overclocked Snapdragon 8 Elite or Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy. It consists of six performance cores running at 3.53 GHz and two prime cores running at 4.47 GHz.
While the specification sheet states that 1TB will feature 12GB of RAM, the S25 Ultra is rumoured to feature 16GB of RAM. The graph bolsters a recent rumour that a 16GB RAM version wasn’t readily available.
They would be a huge disappointment, as although 12GB is an acceptable amount of RAM, some markets would get more. Samsung will officially reveal the storage architecture at Unpacked the following week.
Here’s what we know from the leaked specifications sheets for the S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra:
Samsung’s S25 series will launch on January 22 in San Jose, USA. The pre-ordered units will hopefully arrive at retailers during the first week of the following month.
