“I Know I Messed Up” – 2Face Apologizes After Controversial Monogamy Comment {VIDEO}
Popular Nigerian singer 2Face Idibia, also known as 2Baba, has publicly apologized after facing backlash over his recent comment about men and monogamy.

In a past interview, 2Face stirred controversy when he said that men are not biologically designed to be with just one woman, and that it’s possible for a man to love his partner and still cheat on her.
The remark didn’t sit well with many fans, sparking heated conversations online. Following the backlash, 2Face apologizes for cheating comment, saying he deeply regrets his choice of words and the hurt it caused.
In a recent video, the veteran singer admitted he made a mistake and extended an emotional apology to his family, especially his wife, kids, and fans.
“I know I messed up with what I said, and I know I’m probably going to be cancelled because of it,” 2Face said.
“I apologise to my fans, to my wife — the love of my life, Natasha — and to my kids. I’m terribly sorry. That’s not who I am.”
The video triggered mixed reactions from social media users. Some believed the singer was simply stating a personal opinion, while others felt he should have been more careful, especially as a public figure.

“Why is it so hard for 2Baba to speak fluent English? I wonder how he gets all these women to love him.”

“He spoke the truth. He didn’t say a man can’t be faithful — just that biologically, it’s not easy for men to stick to one woman.”

“Why is 2Face always sounding like he’s high? I hope his new wife, Natasha, hears this. I can imagine Annie Macaulay smiling right now, saying, ‘I’ve tried. Let someone else try now.’”
