Samsung’s One UI 8.0 Update Is Coming, But These Devices Will Have To Wait Even Longer
Samsung has begun rolling out ONE UI 8.0 for the Galaxy S25 series. They also shared a roadmap that reveals outdated devices may have to wait up to two months for the update.

This update contains improvements over One UI 7.0; however, its test run has been quite unsatisfactory. It took four months to finish the program with only three models.
As of the time this article was written, the stable One UI 8.0 upgrade is only available in South Korea. It will slowly roll out to other countries throughout the course of this week. This is another big problem with this deployment, which will only make S25 series users wait longer.

Conclusion
Samsung has been testing this software since May of this year, but only the Galaxy S25 series gets a stable version. The Galaxy S24, S23, and S22 series, on the other hand, are set to get this upgrade in October. The next month’s package also includes the newest A-series phones and flagship tablets.
The Galaxy Z Fold 5, Flip 5, and other devices will get One UI 8.0 in November. The corporation might add more gadgets to the list, but for now, nothing is set. That means the delay in the introduction of One UI 8.0 is longer than two months. Samsung should finish the roadmap sooner than planned, but its slow development cycle might not let that happen.
