On Wednesday, May 15, a mother described how she could pay for her baby’s cesarean delivery thanks to a contribution she received from a Facebook user.
She also mentioned that her spouse disapproved of the CS brought her home and gave her some herbal medication to take.
She claimed that as things became worse, she went back to the hospital and offered her spouse N240k—the sum contributed by the generous guy on Facebook—to cover the cost of the CS.
She added that because her husband had left the hospital without paying, she was forced to give her husband’s sister the remaining funds to cover the cost of the treatment.
After her sister confronted her husband and threatened to put him under the police, he allegedly admitted using the money to purchase a puppy and a phone.
The lady went on to say that her husband left her at Alimosho General Hospital in Igando after their daughter was born.
The spouse responded today on Facebook, sharing his version of events.
He said that after the kind Facebook user gave his wife a sizable donation for their kid’s birth, his wife’s conduct altered.
“My wife started displaying capricious behavior that she can shout at me to the extent that nurses and some patients have to beg me to ignore her,” he wrote shortly after Obol Jesam Michael came to our rescue. You must know my wife’s character if you’ve known her for any time.”
He clarified that he brought his pregnant wife home and gave her agbo (herbal medication) because she had first refused to stay in the hospital.
He continued by saying that his neighbors called him when his wife’s condition worsened, and she asked them to take her to the hospital.
He claimed to have arranged for her to be taken to the hospital.
He clarified that in addition to calling to beg him to accept CS if it is what will save his wife’s life, the donor who had given his wife money had also done so.
He stated his wife handed him N100k, not N240k, as she had claimed when they got back to the hospital.
He claimed to have paid for medications, tests, and blood with the money.
After that, he hurried from the hospital to his office to request a partial leave of absence.
He claimed that this procedure required time and that his wife yelled at him when he returned. Still, he ignored her and took the necessary steps to guarantee the operation went well.
He claimed he couldn’t figure out why his wife went online to criticize him.

He continued by saying that he spent most of his time in the hospital with his wife and that when he went online, he saw “such heartless and unconscious blackmail from a woman I call my Jedi kemi.”
