Samsung’s decision to market the Galaxy S24 as an AI Phone has proven successful! The most recent report reveals that pre-orders for the Samsung Galaxy S24 series in South Korea have exceeded 1.2 million units.
This surpasses the previous pre-order record set by Samsung’s previous model.
Specifically, the pre-booking numbers for the Galaxy S24 series reached 1.21 million units in South Korea, marking an 11% increase over the Galaxy S23 lineup that was launched in February 2023. Notably, between January 19 and January 25, the company recorded 1.21 million units in pre-sales, with the Ultra model accounting for approximately 60% of these sales.
The Plus model comprised about 21%, while the standard model comprised about 19%. Among these sales, Titanium Black was the most popular color for the Ultra model, while Marble Gray was preferred for both the Plus and standard models.
It’s important to note that this figure of 1.21 million units represents a new record for pre-sales within Samsung’s Galaxy S series history, surpassing the previous record set by the Galaxy S23 series at 1.09 million units sold.
Furthermore, daily sales averages for this latest release are also reported to be at the highest levels ever seen within the Galaxy series.
