Samsung is yet again at it with introducing another masterpiece device, the Galaxy S25 Series, which would be a successor to the thriving Galaxy S24 Ultra.
With the Samsung Galaxy S25 series about to hit the global market in the coming weeks, fans and mobile phone enthusiasts have been keen and baffled to spot the significant difference between the trios, the Galaxy S23 Ultra, the Galaxy S24 Ultra, and the anticipated Galaxy S25 Ultra.
This blog post will discuss the differences between the much-anticipated S25 series, the S24 series, and the S23 series.
These differences would be based on their display, processor, battery performance, and seamless update features.
Display:
Beginning with the display, Samsung has consistently been at the forefront of screen technology. The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, released in early 2023, had a 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with 3200 x 1440 pixels that produced vibrant colours and deep blacks.

The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 increased the S24 Ultra’s processing speeds, AI capabilities, and power economy, allowing it to handle even the most demanding apps.
According to rumours, the Galaxy S25 Ultra will employ the Snapdragon 8 Elite CPU, making it ultra quick and smart! It could improve language translation, photo quality, and battery life significantly. As a result, using the phone will be more comfortable and enjoyable.
In terms of CPU and GPU performance, the Snapdragon 8 Elite (S25 Ultra) outperforms both the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 (S23 Ultra) and Gen 3 (S24 Ultra) due to higher clock rates and improved architecture.
Furthermore, the 8 Elite provides more substantial AI capabilities with dedicated hardware for AI processing, surpassing the advancements in Gen 3 over Gen 2.
In comparison, the S24 Ultra with its Gen 3 chip is efficient, but the S25 Ultra’s 8 Elite chip may even be better, providing more excellent battery life when utilised similarly.

The Galaxy S25 Ultra is believed to have the same 5000mAh battery capacity as its predecessors, the S23 and S24 Ultra. The new Snapdragon 8 Elite chip will make the S25 Ultra significantly more efficient.
Even while the battery size remains constant, the chip’s architecture consumes less power for the same tasks, resulting in longer battery life for daily usage.

Seamless Software Updates:
One fascinating feature of the rumoured S25 Ultra is support for seamless software updates, which is not present on the S23 or S24 Ultra.
The S25 Ultra will enable seamless upgrades, while the S23 and S24 Ultra do not. This means that updates will be downloaded in the background, similar to Google Pixel phones. In short, the S23 and S24 Ultra were excellent, but the future S25 Ultra could be even better in display, performance, and battery life. The concept of seamless updates is noteworthy, demonstrating that Samsung is also concerned with making software updates as smooth as possible.
