WhatsApp is upgrading its messaging service by introducing a new feature called “Contacts Suggestion” in the most recent beta version, 2.24.9.5, which proposes new contacts for users to chat.
This feature increases engagement by recommending new people for users to interact with based on their address book.
WhatsApp’s most recent beta update includes a “Start Chatting” section at the bottom of the chats list that provides users with suggestions for new discussions. This is particularly valuable for those who have yet to communicate with specific contacts, as it encourages the start of new conversations.
WhatsApp’s Contacts Suggestion feature, first noticed in version 2.24.7.23, is now available to beta testers. This feature tries to improve the user experience by suggesting contacts from the user’s address book whom they have never messaged.

This feature is handy for new users, as they will receive these suggestions when they first sign up for WhatsApp, making it easier to create new relationships immediately. This feature will become available to more people in the following weeks.
