Burna Boy, an Afrobeats singer, sets tongues rolling by criticising his industry colleague Davido for his coveted Grammy win.
This development comes amid the ongoing social media fight between Burna Boy and Cubana Chief Priest, a close associate of Davido, which has dominated headlines.
In a recent Instagram post, our FMTBLOG reported that Cubana Chief Priest referred to Burna Boy as a “bend-down Grammy collector” in response to the apparent shade hurled at him via Burna Boy’s Instagram post.
However, Burna Boy responded to Cubana Chief Priest’s claim in an Instagram post that has since been deleted.
The post reads, “Yes, Diddy oil me and I won my first ever Grammy. Your boss get am?”.
It’s worth remembering that Burna Boy and Speed Darlington were involved in a fight last year, during which Burna Boy was responsible for Speed Darlington’s arrest and detention.

This was prompted by Speed Darlington’s statements on Burna Boy’s Grammy triumph and his relationship with embattling American rapper Diddy Combs. The party crooner joked about being a ‘bent down’ Grammy collector, asking whether Davido had one.
